Shopping using the OXXO Jewellery website is easy and totally secure. All prices include VAT where applicable. All jewellery (except for watches) comes supplied with an organza storage bag. If your purchase is intended as a gift then we offer a selection of presentation gift boxes and bags for a small extra charge. Delivery Costs
A delivery charge of just £3.95 is added during the checkout process to cover packing and postage to anywhere in the EU or the rest of the world.
How to Order
Browse through the product categories shown on the left of your screen. Each category contains a selection of relevant products. When you see something of interest, further information can be viewed either by clicking on the product image or the ‘details’ button.
If you would like to purchase a product, click 'Add to Cart’. Confirm the quantity of your order and then either click ‘Checkout’ to be taken to the next stage of the order process or ‘Continue Shopping’ if you would like to browse more items.
If you wish to change the order quantity to a higher value, amend the number and click on 'Update'. The shopping cart will automatically update. To delete an item tick the box alongside the relevant product and click 'Update'.
If insufficient stock is available then a warning message will be displayed. You can either continue with the order process and we will fulfil the order as soon as we can or you can contact us before proceeding to check how long your order is likely to be delayed.
The number of items in your shopping cart is always displayed at the top of every page and this can be clicked at any time to display the shopping cart contents in detail.
When the ‘Checkout’ button is clicked you will be given the option to log in if you have previously shopped with us or to create an account if you are a new customer.
If you are a new customer, then enter your contact details and create a password – make a note of this as it will allow you to check progress with your order and place future orders more easily.
You can now choose the delivery address. This is preset to the one that you provided when you created your account but you can select a different address if you wish. The next steps allow you to select a different address for the invoice if desired and then confirm your order, at which point you will be taken to the credit card payment page.
All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions so please read these before finalising your order.
Once payment has been processed your order will be confirmed and an email will be sent to the address that you provided. This email will contain full details of your order. Please check it carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors or if you wish to change your order.
Payment Methods
Most major credit cards are accepted and our payment process uses the secure PayPal interface (you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us).
Please contact us if you wish to pay by another method.
Delivery Time
Your order will generally be sent within 2-3 days subject to the goods being in stock. In the event of a significant delay we will notify you as soon as possible of the timescale. If you require an item urgently then please telephone or email us before placing your order to check that we will be able to meet your deadline.
Once we have despatched your order it will typically arrive in 3 to 4 days if you live within the UK. International orders can take 10 days or more to arrive depending on customs clearance. Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee delivery times or take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
Please note that if you order multiple items these may be shipped in separate packages, which might not arrive simultaneously.
Packages destined for the UK will generally be sent by Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery. If you are not able to sign for your package then it will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days.
Special Delivery and International Signed For items will be held for 3 weeks, after which time they will be returned to us. Alternative couriers will leave a card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered and how long the item will be held before it is returned to us as a ‘non-delivered’ item.
The cost to resend any items returned to us as ‘non-delivered’ will be the responsibility of the customer.
Caring for your jewellery
All jewellery (except for watches) is supplied with an organza storage bag. We recommend that you keep your jewellery in the supplied bag when not wearing it in order to protect it. Clean your jewellery with a damp non-abrasive cloth and do not use solvents or harsh cleaning materials. We recommend that you avoid direct contact between the jewellery and hairspray, perfume or body lotions. Jewellery should not be immersed in water and should be removed when bathing, showering, swimming, exercising, using a sauna etc. Any water splashes should be removed with a non-abrasive cloth.
Satisfaction guarantee/Returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your order but should you not be completely satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 14 days of their dispatch and we will exchange them or refund your money. All items must be returned undamaged and complete. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund earrings where the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. However, while the images shown on our website are a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. Please note that the word silver is used in product descriptions to denote the colour rather than the material used. All the metal used is either stainless steel or 925 silver/gold plated brass or alloy. Metal is only solid silver where explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to change, without notice, any prices in the case of error, manufacturer price increases, fluctuations in the exchange rate or changes to the VAT rate.
When returning goods to us please remember to include the name and address used for the original purchase along with the date of sale and please reconfirm the delivery address so that we may return/exchange items.
We recommend that you return items using registered mail and do please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. All OXXO Jewellery products are guaranteed for a period of one year against defects in workmanship or materials. This does not affect your statutory rights.
