All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website. The total cost of your order includes the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges. We do not charge an additional fee for paying by credit rather than debit card.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. However, while the images shown on our website are a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. Please note that the word silver is used in product descriptions to denote the colour rather than the material used. All the metal used is either stainless steel or 925 silver/gold plated brass or alloy. Metal is only solid silver where explicitly stated.
We may not be able to fulfil your order if we fail to obtain payment authorisation from our payment services provider, if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or other error or due to other reasons or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will endeavour to contact you if there are any problems with your order. We may refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We undertake to take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
OXXO Jewellery’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied, together with any postage costs. OXXO Jewellery shall not be liable for any consequential losses, howsoever incurred; neither can we accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website.
All OXXO Jewellery products are guaranteed for a period of one year against defects in workmanship or materials. Please ensure that you follow the jewellery care instructions detailed on the Ordering/Delivery Information page of this website. Any damage or other problems caused by the failure to follow the care instructions is not covered by the guarantee.
If an order is cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations then the goods must be returned to us.
We will pay the postage cost for you to return items to us only where the goods are faulty, otherwise you must pay any postal charges. Cancelled orders must be returned to us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any content on this website. We will not be liable to you or any third party in this instance.
